to make a seamless felt bag :) Can't wait!!

Jo also brought with her 3 lovely cakes :) YUMM!! and Thanks again,

Well the other ladies, who didn't felt were also very busy, lets see how they did;

Cathy is adding more strips to her fantastic Bargello Quilt, so the main red

After felting, Lynda was cutting fabric to make her curtains!!

More Felting!!!

In the fantastic workshop we had on Wednesday, Jo was selling kits so you could felt at home,. My daughter is art mad! So I thought we would give it a go, so this is how we got on,

So first she drew her felt picture, covered it with the netting, then added the soapy water :)

Then we used the bag to rub and create friction and bubbles

and started rubbing!!!!!!!!

and more rubbing!!!!!!!!!

then having dipped it in the hot and cold water, we have to roll!

ROLL, ROLL, ROLL lots of times!

Then Ta Dar!!

Does it remind you of any ones?

Well we both really enjoyed it, and cant wait to do it again!!

To continue the blog lovely Cathy took some fantastic pics and sent them to me (thanks Cathy) but I have had a naughty computer and it didn't want to open the email, so these lovely pics have been sent to my nearest and dearest and half way around the world just so I could get them on my lap top!!! Finally after 3 days off faffing Ta Dar!! I managed to get them where I needed them so lets see what the lovely ladies got up to,

Jenny's brought her Bargello lap quilt to sandwich and then she will be
ready to quilt :)

Jenny also brought this beautiful black and white bed scarf!!
Ta Dar!!!!

Jenny has been a busy girl, she has also brought along this fabulous
Christmas table runner!

One more for Jenny she has even had time to make this beautiful
pin cushion, she has used silk ribbon for the roses and pink and red embroidery
thread for the flowers.
